Firefox 1.5 and later
To preview the page:
- Click on the File Menu - Print Preview
To adjust margins:
- Set the Scale setting box to "100%" - This should produce a correctly printed page
- If this setting doesn't work, set the Scale setting box to "Shrink To Fit"
To remove the Headers and Footers text:
- While in the Print Preview window, click on the Page Settings… button
- Click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab
- Set all the Headers and Footers drop down boxes to "--blank--"
- This removes the date, time, page number and website page location that usually print at the top and bottom of each page
- If you wish to replace the header and footer text later, the default settings are shown in the lower illustration
