To preview the page:
- Click on the File Menu - Print Preview…
- If the page looks centered and fits on one page, it should print just as it looks.
To adjust margins:
- Click on the settings adjustment icon that is located next to the top Print button
- Change the Left and Right margins to .25 inches
- If needed, change the Top and Bottom margins to .5 or .25 inches
- Some printers need a Bottom setting of up to .75 inches
To remove the Headers and Footers Text:
- Click in the Headers and Footers boxes and delete all the text code
- This removes the date, time, page number and website page location that usually print at the top and bottom of each page
- If you wish to replace that text code later the default settings are:
Header: &w&bPage &p of &P
Footer: &u&b&d
